Chances are, a large portion of your mails are going to Junk; not due to any fault of your own, all because of your user’s settings on their email.

Fixing it is Super Easy! No changes needed to your Club Website

The hardest part is having your club members and fans get off their keisters and adding your addresses to their Safe Senders list, or address book. Now before proponents of Facebook fan pages come out of the woodwork, a good email list delivery platform like Mailchimp will allow you to reach 100% of the users (assuming they dont block you); whereas facebook is – at best – 20%.

Whitelisting Info: Add email addresses to my safe senders list in my email client (or my security software).

Whitelisting is specifically allowing emails from a certain source, such as ClubHosting Email, to be allowed into your email inbox.

 

For our support emails: PLEASE BE SURE TO ADD KEVIN@CLUBHOSTING.ORG ; support@clubhosting.org; and SUPPORT@CLUBHOSTING.ZENDESK.COM TO YOUR SAFE SENDERS LIST. The domain from which mostly all ClubHosting emails are sent from is CLUBHOSTING.ORG or CLUBHOSTING.ZENDESK.COM

Adding such trusted email addresses to your whitelist so that they can pass easily through your spam filter or junk folder varies across the different email clients and internet security platforms. The following is a list of steps for programs and email in alphabetical order.
